I loooooooove decorating a magical, beautiful, whimsical, memory filled Christmas Tree each and every year! This year, will be Ryan and I's first Christmas as a happy, dappy, sappy married couple - did I make you barf yet?
So here are some trees I will be using for inspiration - I have always had REAL trees growing up - so this week, we are getting our own!

...one page into it, I could not put it down. Alas, Christmas is so close, I fought urge to buy it, but made sure to add it to my list!

How brilliant. City/Country/State maps...that are waterproof, flexible, and supposed to be CRUMPLED up...just like the ones we have already are! What a funny/practical gift for that hard to shop for relative :)

Today was a perfect day...a little work, a little play, a little chit chat, a little panera, a little window shopping, a little browsing, and a little girl time with one of my best friends...like I said, perfect.
Ever heard of Rowe? A great little find in the heart of the Short North, here in Columbus, Ohio...excellent place to find that go to dress, or that cozy wrap sweater...once again, perfect. Check them out this month, they are running many sales - you won't be disappointed.
One more thing that makes this store perfect? Jeni's is next door.
No! Not your friend Jeni, silly bean, Jeni's ICE CREAM. Like I said, perfect.

I really cannot believe it is DECEMBER. The last, magical, delightful, longfully anticipated month...has arrived!
I love a December Wedding, they are cozy, romantic, and mushy...at least in my head!
And go figure, on December 1st, we woke up to snow outside our door - not a lot, but just enough to make you go, 'aaah, snow (with a smile)'....and then two minutes later, cringe and think, 'eek, omg, snow, I am not ready for this crappola'
Any which way you feel about December, Snow, or Winter in general, it has arrived, and let's welcome it with open, happy, hopeful arms....with a glass of your fav adult beverage in your right hand :)
Okay enough jibber jabber, I found this sweet picture to welcome in the season! Let's be clear here, we didn't wake up to THAT much snow, but it does look peaceful, angelic, and ideal....in a picture! Come on, we don't want that in person!

You can dress this idea up any which way you like - your mantel - an open end table - a pretty shelf...or your round tables - card table - even head table...for your Wedding! Do you like?
